Due to the weather, conditioning is cancelled for the morning of Saturday, 1/12/2012.

The winter weightlifting program begins in January and ends in March.  The times are below:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6-7:30pm (Alter Weight Room)
• Saturdays: 10-11:30am (Aux gym)

The Alter Womens Soccer team is happy to introduce Paul Manfre, speed, agility and strength specialist and founder of Power Enterprises, as the new "Strength and Conditioning Coordinator."  Paul brings to the program 14 years of experience in training athletes from all levels of competition and practices his expertise in his gym located in Centerville, Ohio.  Our players are already using Paul's winter work-out program in the high school weight room and will have the opportunity to continue training his routines with Paul at his establishment once the winter weightlifting ends in March.  Paul will also be creating and implementing the preseason conditioning program for the team in June and July.  Paul's contact information and company website is provided below:

Welcome to the team, Paul!

Please join the Alter Lady Knights soccer team for their annual pancake breakfast on Sunday, January 29 from 8:00am to 1:00pm in the Alter high school cafeteria.  Pancakes, sausage, coffee and juice will be served. Advance tickets will be available from players starting the week of January 9.

Adults - $5.00 each

Seniors and kids under 10 - $4.00 each
